History

STAR EV was founded in 2003 and has come a long way in just these past few years. Though they originally distributed products made by other manufacturers, they soon transitioned into building their own electric golf carts. They saw how much travel contributed to pollution and resolved to do something about it, and they’ve grown exponentially as a result! With over 50 products used by groups from universities to the military to businesses, STAR EV knows a thing or two about building a golf cart you can trust—and that you can feel good about driving!

Today

STAR EV golf carts are zippy, fast, and agile, and are well-known for their exceptional riding experience. They utilize the most advanced AC/DC motors and drive trains on the market, and street-legal models can travel up to 60 miles on just one charge! Every cart is equipped with rear drum brakes, a racer-inspired chassis with double-wishbone suspension, custom-rimmed tires, and a 5.4 AC motor designed to conquer any incline.
